The price was to high for the value of the room. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, we stayed one. Our room was supposed to be a "Double room with two double beds", it was one room with two double beds and even though we booked it well in advance, we didn't get what we expected.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Adjacent to Dry Creek trail, a concrete walking biking path for exercise. Great views of the Rockies. Nice pool and exercise room.
Westin is supposed to be heavenly. Towels were ordinary, regular cotton, not thin but not quality terry cloth. $12 per day charge for internet which is free at almost all other hotels. This charge is ridiculous these days. We did not find this hotel lived up to the high cost and extra charges for internet. Room was just a bed, desk dresser and ordinary bathroom. No mini frig. Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Fairfield Inn, etc. would be a better stay. This Westin did not live up to the expectations that the name implies. The water in the outdoor hot tub was absolutely disgusting and could not be used.

The mountain view room was amazing, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly. The location offers easy access to local attractions, though the absence of free breakfast was a slight drawback. A pleasant experience with clean rooms and nice toiletries.

The room was very spacious. Restaurant was good, could have been a little warmer--breakfast time was very chilly. Spacious lobby, beatifully decorated for Christmas. Staff was friendly. Room was very quiet.

Sincerely, it was a very nice stay on our vacation. The staff were eager to help and especially amiable and excellent. Our room included a safe, TV and a refrigerator. And there was an amazing view of the mountains. The location was marvellous and beautiful for walking around Butterfly Pavilion and Insect Center. And we was near to eateries and pubs. We enjoyed being in this place.
